All artwork, designs, and related merchandise sold in my shop are original creations and are protected under copyright law. Purchasing an artwork or art print does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork in any form. Any unauthorized reproduction or resale of my artwork is strictly prohibited.

Custom Orders & Portraits

Custom portraits and commissioned paintings are created based on the buyer’s requests. While I strive to capture likeness and details, artistic interpretation will always play a role. The final artwork is non-refundable and cannot be modified after completion unless otherwise agreed upon. I retain the copyright to all commissioned work and may use it for promotional purposes unless the buyer explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Liability & Product Use

I take great care in ensuring that my products are described and presented accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. By purchasing from my shop, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product descriptions. I am not responsible for any misuse or damage caused by improper handling of the artwork or merchandise.

Shipping & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. Shipping delays due to customs processing are beyond my control. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact me, and I will assist in resolving the issue.
