Welcome to KairosRhys Gallery! By purchasing from my Shopify store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Information
- These terms apply to all purchases made through KairosRhys Gallery on Shopify.
- I reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
- By purchasing from my store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. Products & Orders
- KairosRhys Gallery specializes in original paintings and art merchandise, including prints, postcards, and bookmarks.
- Each original painting is one-of-a-kind and may have slight color variations due to monitor differences.
- I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images. If you have any questions about a product, please contact me before purchasing.
- I reserve the right to cancel an order at my discretion, such as in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are listed in [your chosen currency] and may be converted based on your location.
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or other approved payment providers.
- Full payment must be received before an order is processed.
- If an item is incorrectly priced due to a technical or human error, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is sent to an incorrect address due to buyer error, I am not responsible for lost packages.
- Customs & Import Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Shipping delays due to customs are beyond my control.
- If your order is delayed or lost, please contact me, and I will assist in resolving the issue.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Art merchandise (prints, postcards, bookmarks) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued after I receive the returned item in acceptable condition.
6. Custom Orders & Commissioned Artwork
- Custom portraits and commissioned artwork are created based on buyer specifications.
- I retain full copyright ownership of commissioned works and may use them for promotional purposes unless the buyer requests otherwise in writing.
- All commissioned work is non-refundable once the painting process has started.
7. Intellectual Property
- All artwork, designs, and images in my store are original creations and protected by copyright law.
- Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
- You may not copy, distribute, or resell my artwork without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- I am not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of my products.
- Colors may appear differently on screens than in real life. I cannot guarantee an exact match to what is displayed on your monitor.
9. Dispute Resolution
- If you have any issues with your order, please contact me first to find a solution.
- If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, it will be handled in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
