Welcome to Kairos Rhys. These Terms of Service apply to purchases and workshop bookings made through my website.

1. Products & Orders

I sell original artwork, prints, paper goods, art materials, tools and Art Kits, as well as in-person workshop bookings.

I make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images and product information. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in cases such as pricing errors, inventory issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Full payment is required when placing an order or booking a workshop. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs or other circumstances outside my control.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Workshop Bookings

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop and no-shows are non-refundable.

If I cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to move your booking to another available date.

5. Returns & Refunds

Original artworks are final sale.

Returns, refunds and damaged or incorrect orders are otherwise handled according to my Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photographs and images on this website remain the intellectual property of Kairos Rhys and are protected by copyright.

Purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

My artwork and images may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without my written permission.

7. Website & Product Information

Product information, prices and availability may be updated when necessary.

Original artworks are unique pieces, and handmade or assembled products may have minor variations.

8. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect at the time you place your order or workshop booking will apply to that purchase.

9. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region apply, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
