All original artworks are final sale. I do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges on original artwork.

My standard return period for prints, paper goods, art materials, tools and Art Kits is 7 days from delivery.

If applicable law provides a longer mandatory cancellation or return period, that period will apply.

Items must be unused, complete and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Used, incomplete or damaged items may not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop and no-shows are non-refundable.

If I cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to move your booking to another available date.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos where possible.

A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or where the order is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
